  • We can get a certified technician to look at your building for you to determine whether it qualifies for a coating system or not. We can apply coating systems to all substrates including but not limited to: Metal, EPDM, PVC, TPO, Mod-Bit, Torch-Down, and many more.   • Warranties and the ability to offer them are dependent on the current roofs conditions. If a roof is deemed “Coatable” we can offer 5, 10, 15, even 20 year warranties with manufacturer backing.

  • While it is hard to give a square foot price without a roof inspection or knowing the general size or condition of the building, you can expect our price to be 50-75% cheaper than most re-roofs or full tear offs.

  • We are happy and willing to work with you on every step of the coating process. Most of the time you will never know we are there unless you hear us walking around. There does not have to be any close of business operations for these systems to be applied.

  • After a coating system, you can expect a seamless, leak-free roof. If you go with the white (recommended) you will see a reduction in HVAC costs including electricity and wear-and-tear on the units. These systems are also eligible to re-coat after the warranty is up for an even further warranty and more savings without having to remove the previously applied coating.
